ABOUT OWENS TILE & FLOORING
Owner-Installed, Never Subcontracted
Owen Builds LV is run by Cody Owen, a licensed Nevada tile installer who is on every job site personally. Proper substrate prep, real waterproofing, and flat, level layout are what separate a shower that lasts twenty years from one that fails in two.
From a single backsplash to a full bathroom remodel, Cody handles the layout, the waterproofing, and the final grout line himself — so the work gets done once, gets done right, and gets left clean. Serving Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, North Las Vegas, and surrounding areas.

WHY OWEN BUILDERS
What Sets Our Tile Work Apart
Tile is unforgiving — mistakes are permanent. Here's how we make sure yours is right the first time.
Waterproofing Done Right
Every shower gets a bonded membrane system and a flood test before a single tile is set.
Laser-Level Layout
We dry-lay and plan cuts so grout lines land where they should and pattern stays centered.
Owner On Every Job
Cody is on site, not dispatching a crew you've never met. One point of contact throughout.
Clean Job Sites
Containment, floor protection, and vacuum-assisted cutting. We clean up every single day.
Honest, Itemized Pricing
The estimate you approve is the price you pay. No mid-project surprises.
Local to the Valley
